The Union takes seriously all complaints that may from time to time be submitted by students and others who use our facilities or take part in our activties. We try to resolve complaints both senstively, professionally and quickly. We understand that making a complaint can be stressful and probably a route that many people would rather not follow. However, if we have got something wrong, we want to put it right.
All formal complaints must be submitted in writing and not be anonymous to this dedicated email address. If you wish to leave some feedback, you can do this without raising a formal complaint by emailing this address.
