ABOUT US
Looking for a Christian society? Look no further! First Love is a faith based society open to all, our motto is to “love God, love people”.
We organise weekly meetings where we encourage students in God's word and give the opportunity to meet other amazing students from all walks of life trying to live the uni life whilst also growing in faith.
No matter what background your coming from first love has something for you. Whether it be dancing, music, singing, or theartre... we encourage you to use your gifts and talents, along with having the opportunity to learn more about spirituality.

First Love is found in over 21 universities across the city of London. We have come together in collaboration to have an amazing event and would like you to join us on 5th December!
It’s going to be a sensational gathering of students from all walks of life. There will be music, dancing, singing, theatre, and a VERY important message delivered just for you.

No matter what worries you have First Love are here to support your mental health and wellbeing. We are packed with enthusiasm and encouage students to use their gifts to showcase the glory of the Lord. If anything, a great opportunity to meet fellow students and learn more about spirituality.

Birkbeck Students' Union groups are only open to full membership for enrolled Birkbeck students. Other membership categories may exist depending on the group's constitution and the approval of the SU's Executive Committee.
In additional to the general term and conditions for Birkbeck Students' Union organised and managed events, all our Clubs, Societies, Networks and Projects may apply additonal conditions on attendance. Examples can be, and not limited to, membership of a club or society, students from one programme or class, self-organised groups and liberation campaigns limited to participants on a self-defining basis into the group membership (e.g. LGBTQ+ students or women only).
All attendees at an event must register in advance and ensure they bring along a copy of their e-ticket and their Birkbeck student ID.
