The Students' Union run an extensive training programme for their Course Reps in order to support them to be the best that they can be within their roles. The most important of these training sessions are the 'Basic Course Rep Training' sessions that are delivered at the beginning of the Academic Year. These are aimed at both new and continuing Course Reps and they cover absolutely everything that you need to know to be able to carry out their role, including: the roles, repsonsibilities and expectations, how to collect feedback, what to do with this feedback and how the Union can support you in your role as a Course Rep. It is highly recommended that you attend one of these training sessions.
